THE PROBLEM
The ad account is only one part of the picture.
A low cost per lead doesn't mean much if the enquiries are poor quality or never become customers. Audience, creative, landing pages, tracking and lead quality all affect the same result — so we manage them together.
01
The wrong audience
Budget gets wasted putting ads in front of people who were never likely to become customers.
We build audiences and creative around the people most likely to become customers, not the cheapest available attention.
02
Weak landing pages
Good prospects arrive on pages that don't give them enough reason to enquire.
We improve or build landing pages when the website is holding campaign performance back.
03
Poor-quality leads
Not every conversion is a good conversion. Campaigns can look strong on paper while still generating the wrong type of customer.
We optimise towards lead quality and real business outcomes — not simply the lowest CPL.
03
Tracking that doesn't tell the full story
Leads may be showing as conversions, but that doesn't tell you which ones became customers or generated revenue.
We connect conversion and revenue data so decisions are based on what actually makes money.

WHY SUPERCHARGED MEDIA
Your account stays in experienced hands.
Managed by experienced people
Your campaigns are managed by people who have spent millions across Meta, Google and other paid channels. No junior account managers learning on your budget, and no strategy being passed down through layers of a team.
We look beyond the ads
We bring advertising, landing pages, tracking and reporting together so we can see what is actually generating leads, customers and revenue — not just clicks and platform metrics.
FAQ
The questions we get asked most.
Facebook and Instagram ads are managed through Meta Ads Manager. Unlike Google Search, where you are often capturing existing demand, Meta is usually putting your business in front of people before they actively search for it. Strong creative, accurate tracking and enough conversion data help Meta find the people most likely to take the action you want.
Meta Ads is the umbrella term for paid advertising across Facebook, Instagram and other eligible Meta placements. Campaigns can be managed from the same Meta ad account, rather than needing separate advertising accounts for Facebook and Instagram.
They can work well when your product, service or offer can create demand rather than relying entirely on people already searching for it. The stronger the offer and the easier it is to communicate visually, the more suited it tends to be to paid social. We look at the commercial model before recommending Meta rather than assuming every business should use it.
Yes. Meta can be a very effective lead-generation channel, but the enquiries often arrive with less intent than someone actively searching on Google. That makes qualification, lead quality, follow-up speed and tracking what happens after the enquiry particularly important.
Yes, although the approach is different from consumer advertising. B2B campaigns often have longer sales cycles and need stronger qualification, CRM tracking and a clear understanding of what a valuable lead is worth. We judge performance on pipeline and customers where possible, rather than form completions alone.
Yes.
For B2B businesses, the form submission is often only the beginning of the sales process. Where the CRM supports it, we try to connect advertising data with qualified opportunities and customers so campaigns can be assessed on pipeline rather than lead volume alone.
Usually both. Meta can distribute ads across Facebook, Instagram, Reels, Stories and other eligible placements based on where it expects to get the best result. We restrict placements when the performance data or the creative gives us a reason to, rather than choosing one platform arbitrarily.
Neither is universally better. Google Search is particularly strong at capturing people who are already looking for something, while Meta is very good at creating demand and reaching people before they search. Many businesses perform best when the two channels work together.
Often, yes. Google can capture existing demand while Meta introduces your business to people earlier in the buying journey. Running both can also reduce reliance on a single acquisition channel and give you more data about how customers find and convert with your business.
Yes. We review the existing account, campaign history, creative, tracking and conversion data first. We then decide whether the current structure should be improved or whether parts of the account need rebuilding.
Yes. We can set up the account, tracking, campaign structure and initial creative strategy from the beginning. New accounts normally need some time and conversion data before performance becomes predictable, so the first stage is about testing properly rather than expecting instant scale.
Typically we need the appropriate access to your Meta business assets, ad account, Facebook Page, Instagram account and tracking setup. Depending on the project, we may also need access to your website analytics, CRM or e-commerce platform.
We handle the creative strategy, concepts, copy, design, editing and ad variations, using the content and assets you provide. The more good-quality photos, videos and customer content we have to work with, the more creative angles we can test. We're not a media production agency, so filming and photography would normally need to come from your team or an external production partner.
It depends on what needs to be set up before launch. If we're using existing pages or Meta lead forms, campaigns can often go live relatively quickly. If the project includes new landing pages, a website build, tracking work or more complex integrations, onboarding will naturally take longer. We'll give you a clear timeline at the start based on the actual scope of work.
A lot of businesses come to us after a previous agency relationship has not worked. We start by understanding what happened, looking at the account and identifying whether the issue was the advertising, creative, tracking, website, offer or something further down the sales process.
