The Goal

Increase the volume and quality of finance enquiries through a more scalable digital advertising strategy across Google and Meta.


The focus was not just to generate more leads, but to attract higher-intent customers and build a more consistent pipeline of commercially valuable finance opportunities.

The Strategy

Supercharged Media supported Charles & Dean with a wider digital acquisition strategy across Google and Meta.


Google Ads was used to capture high-intent search demand from people actively looking for car finance, while Meta supported wider lead generation and helped reach potential customers across different stages of the buying journey.


Rather than focusing on ad optimisation alone, we built and tested the full journey from ad to enquiry. This included campaign structure, ad copy, dedicated landing pages, lead capture forms and ongoing conversion testing.


The ads were optimised to attract high-intent traffic, but the landing pages played a crucial role in converting that traffic into finance enquiries.


A key part of the strategy was improving the post-click journey, including the page messaging, structure and lead capture process, so more of the traffic generated through paid media turned into commercially valuable opportunities.

The Results

Across a 12-month period, Charles & Dean’s Google Ads campaigns generated over £10m in balance to finance.


This was part of a wider long-term marketing strategy delivered over several years, helping the business build a consistent pipeline of high-intent finance enquiries across paid search and paid social.


Because not every enquiry, conversation or completed deal could be fully attributed back to the ads, this figure represents tracked campaign performance rather than the full commercial impact.
