The Goal
Increase new customer acquisition and build recurring revenue for an eco-friendly cleaning brand.
Eco-Mate wanted to grow online sales and improve repeat purchase rates through a stronger offer, better creative and a more conversion-focused Shopify journey.
The Strategy
Supercharged Media reviewed Eco-Mate’s website, product range, average order value, subscription setup and Meta ad performance to identify where the campaign could become more profitable.
A key part of the strategy was creating a Starter Pack offer, bundling the brand’s most popular products into a clearer first-time purchase option.
We then built a dedicated landing page for Meta ad traffic, designed to promote the Starter Pack and convert new customers.
To improve creative performance, we sourced UGC creators through TikTok Shop and Fiverr, sent them free Starter Packs and used the content they filmed across Facebook and Instagram campaigns.
Alongside this, we improved the Shopify website, product pages, mobile layouts, customer reviews and subscription messaging to support higher conversion rates and repeat buying.
The Results
During a key Meta campaign period, Eco-Mate generated 209 new subscription customers from £3,344.56 ad spend, at an average cost of £16 per subscriber.
Rather than just running ads, the work connected the offer, creative, website, conversion rate and subscription model to build a stronger foundation for profitable growth.
