The goal.
Sink Swimwear, a UK-based luxury men’s and women’s swimwear brand, wanted to expand into global markets to overcome seasonal dips in sales during the winter months. The objective was to build a consistent revenue stream by reaching international audiences with year-round demand.


The strategy.
We launched a combined Meta and Google Ads strategy, with all campaigns optimised for online sales. Dubai and the US were identified as key markets to drive growth, focusing initially on Sink’s best-selling products.
The brand invests heavily in premium content creation — with professional shoots in Marrakesh and other overseas destinations — providing a large library of high-quality assets to test across Meta.
A key part of our strategy involved dynamic stock management, ensuring only in-stock items were advertised and that seasonal lines transitioned into Sale campaigns at the right time. We also refined budget allocation across markets to maximise efficiency.
On Google, we targeted high-intent searches such as “luxury swimwear” and “designer bikinis” to capture ready-to-purchase customers actively searching for premium swimwear online.

The results.
Turnover increased significantly, with the brand maintaining strong sales during the winter months thanks to successful international expansion — transforming Sink Swimwear into a globally recognised name in luxury swimwear.
