Explore how we helped a motorcycle buying business scale lead generation and increase bike purchases through Meta and Google ads.
The goal.
Motor Trade Team, a growing UK motorcycle buying service, wanted to increase the volume of motorcycles purchased through their digital marketing campaigns while reducing cost per acquisition.


The strategy.
We rebuilt the company’s landing pages to better communicate the benefits of their service and improve mobile conversion rates. This included refreshed branding, stronger use of customer handover content, and clearer messaging around trust, speed, security, and instant payment.
New Typeform lead capture forms were implemented to improve conversion tracking and identify where users were dropping off during the enquiry process. This enabled us to refine question sequencing and improve lead quality.
Legacy Google Ads campaigns managed by a previous agency were completely restructured to improve scalability, targeting, and budget efficiency.
Alongside Google Ads, we launched Meta lead generation campaigns supported by a large bank of creative focused on different customer motivations for selling a motorcycle — including freeing up garage space, upgrading bikes, and avoiding the hassle of private selling.
We also created a custom HubSpot dashboard to centralise key business metrics including cost per lead, cost per bike purchased, and average profit per motorcycle.

The results.
Within two months, we launched two new landing pages, rebuilt the Google Ads account, launched Meta campaigns, and reconfigured the company’s tracking infrastructure.
Motor Trade Team has since hired a second full-time motorcycle buyer to handle the increase in enquiries. The business is now purchasing more motorcycles than ever before, while reducing both cost per lead and cost per bike acquired through improved targeting, landing page optimisation, and lead qualification.
