Eco-Mate

Discover how we helped Eco-Mate grow new customer acquisition and recurring revenue through Shopify optimisation, subscription setup, and Meta UGC campaigns.

The goal.

Eco-Mate, a UK-based brand offering biodegradable and eco-friendly household cleaning products, wanted to grow its customer base while introducing a subscription model to drive recurring revenue and reduce customer drop-off.

The strategy.

We rebuilt Ecomate’s entire website, with a strong focus on redeveloping product pages to more effectively communicate the brand’s value and improve conversion. This included updating product imagery, adding customer reviews, refining product information, and fully optimising layouts for mobile.


Alongside the main site, we built a dedicated landing page — not indexed on the main website — specifically designed for first-time customer acquisition. This page featured a prominent introductory discount and was where all Meta ad traffic was directed.


Shopify data revealed that while first-time orders were strong, repeat purchases were low — leading us to implement a subscription option and stronger on-site messaging to encourage repeat buying.


To enhance the website’s visual appeal, we partnered with a local photographer and directed a content shoot in a luxury kitchen to create high-quality assets that improved purchase conversion rates.


For Meta ads, we sourced authentic user-generated content from creators specialising in eco-friendly living and reducing plastic waste, running these creatives across Facebook and Instagram to drive traffic to the landing page.

The results.

Eco Mate saw a major uplift in new customer acquisition and subscription sign-ups. Website improvements, refined pricing strategy, and optimised Meta campaigns helped create a stronger foundation for sustainable, long-term growth.
